As always, the dentists are great and the staff is above great! But a few suggestions.... Your appointment reminders are being sent too early - two weeks prior. In that two weeks, lots can happen, so a client's confirmation may not be that accurate and lead to more work. Also, is a "How did we do?" necessary after every appointment?
