Nice facility and very competent staff. Comfortable environment, treated with care and compassion. I felt like everyone I came in contact with were willing to take time to find answers to my issues. I didn't feel like anyone was just interested in doing something for a fee. Professional and knowledgable.

I have been to other dentist in lake county and even in other states since I'm not a born and raised floridian and hands down this is the best place I have ever been to. From the initial phone call to set up as a new patient to walking in the door to seeing the dentist and everything in between. It was a wonderful experience. I was always very nervous about going to the dentist but they made me feel comfortable, made things as easy and painful as possible. EXCELLENT ESTABLISHMENT I have been to other dentist in lake county and even in other states since I'm not a born and raised floridian and hands down this is the best place I have ever been to. All the staff were happy people and welcoming to all patients as they came in the door. The doctor and technician were very competent and performed appropriate tests including x-rays. The hygienist performed appropriately, also. The office was bright with floor to ceiling windows opening up to a waterfall feature outside and very clean. State of the art equipment. I was very impressed with the whole picture of competency.

I, like everyone else, don't care for dentists. But of course we have to go to one on a regular basis. The team of professionals at Heritage Dental are just great! They make the visit enjoyable. And they really care about you.

to see the caring and wonderful staff at Heritage Dental. Everyone there is always so sweet and very efficient. I have received the best of care from Doctor Pellosi and the entire staff.
