Awesome and friendly staff and doctors!
The staff seems friendly, however, I feel that every time I have dealt with them they have tried to get as much money out of me as possible. Always racking up the bill for random things. As a college student, with little money I do NOT appreciate this.
We love both of the vets and all of the staff here! We take both of our FIV positive kitties and our very large tripawd English Mastiff here. We've received nothing short of excellent care each visit and I take comfort in knowing that they really care about the well being of our pets. Howell Ave truly feels like an extension of our family.
