My wife has seen Dr.Howe for 7 years I have finally listened and stepped in to the office to become a patient myself and my first visit he immediately begin to help me I look forward to many years of care from them and I love his bedside manner he is empathetic and listened to me the staff was so kind and helpful we absolutely reommend and love Dr.Howe and his staff l
We've used Dr. Howe for over 30 years. He was the doctor who finally diagnosed my mother's illness when others at Baptist Hospital couldn't. His office staff is amazing. He runs behind a lot because he takes the time with his patients to get to know them and doesn't herd you in like cattle. He personally does your blood pressure check. He's an excellent doctor.
He stopped my prescription with no reason very unprofessional and should be banned from the medical profession.
Dr. Howe is an outstanding physician that has provided many years of thorough and competent medical service to me and my family. If it wasn’t for Dr. Howe I wouldn’t be here.
Dr. Howe is the best Doctor I have had experience with in the last 10 years. Previous Doctor who forchantly retired could not get my blood pressure down to acceptable range for a year. Dr. Howe listened to me and within a few months I was back to normal. I have never felt better.
I never leave comments but if you are looking for a MD, look elsewhere. I have been going to Dr. Howe for around 4-5 years and the bad reviews that you are reading are true. The office staff is terrible, no consistency whats-so-ever, and if you need anything from Dr. Howe then don't hold your breath. I am currently looking for other providers in the area because I am tired of being overlooked by the staff and the doctor. Its about time that he retires!
3-4 minute visit, then just walks out without a word. The office staff then comes in to tell you what he wants done. He acts like retirement is waiting for him.
Bill is a wonderful caring and compassionate doctor. It is very obvious from his bedside manner that he is genuinely concerned and is willing to spend the time with his patients to get the complete picture. No one does that anymore. His main concern is not with running as many people through without regard.
I'm surprised at the negative reviews. 12 years ago, when I was using Dr. Howe, he was the best. Since he was not affiliated with a clinic, at the time, you didn't feel like he was trying to load up your bill, a feeling I get when I have to deal with a clinics. He always took care of any problems I had, without delay. I hated losing him when, an injury at work, caused a need for shoulder/knee surgery through workman's comp. and after which I left the area.
