Installed our furnace and heat pump approximately 5 years ago. Had constant problems and the system never performed to the expected level. After repeated service calls where we were told “that is just how it is” or “that the best you can expect with you house” we decided to have the system looked at by a different company. The new company found numerous problems with the install and the system we had been sold as top of the line new, was actually outdated and obsolete.
