A terrible end to an amazing holiday in Canada/Alaska. Room 17 had no hot water on Friday night 4th September. The receptionist who checked us in seemed like we were a distraction dragging her away from playing on her phone. When we reported at 930pm to this person she said she will let the night staff know at 10pm. Spoke to the night manager at 10pm who wasnt aware. Beautiful view, good service and good food.
An absolute must-visit! After a long day of hiking Panorama, stopping here for a cold beer was the perfect reward—I highly recommend the New Zealand Hop IPA. The craft beer list is fantastic, featuring an incredible variety, and you simply can’t beat the mountain views from the patio. With warm, relaxed service, it’s the ideal spot for a casual meal or to kick back with friends.
