I began to get leaks in a flat roof installed as part of a larger project at my home. The issues arose after typical the warranty period. Brian Ketch investigated and listened to my concerns. The company stepped-up and did the right thing, which is refreshing these days. I would recommend this company and I never write reviews.
This company is so disrespectful! They treated us like we did them wrong. My mother in law simply forgot about an appointment, and they were extremely rude to us. They claimed that we wasted 45 minutes of 2 of their guys time, when they could have just called my husband who was 10 minutes down the road. I do not recommend this company at all.
