I have taken my animals in multiple times over the past several years. The staff have always been very friendly kind and caring. Dr. Kim is an amazing vet and has been there for me through some very rough times. The other physicians have always been as equally helpful when Dr. Arnesmeyer was unavailable. Thank you for all you do!
While everything seemed to go fine initially, when we picked up our cat in his carrier he was soaked in urine, even his face. I feel like no one was checking up on to even see if he was fine for HOURS after his dental care. I'm incredibly disappointed that no one bothered to check him closely enough to catch that. He was just sitting by himself in his own filth. What a horrible job this place did in caring for him.
I love this office! Dr. Toepke is the best. Everyone took very good care of Mia when she had a rough few weeks. They are so caring and compassionate. I can not thank them enough for everything they have done to make Mia better. I'm sure Mia is just as appreciative as I am. She LOVES going to Howdershell animal clinic.
