The technician that came out to our house, Joey, arrived early and prepared. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Joey was able to fix our ac unit and had cold air flowing for us in no time. He was polite and had a good sense of humor too. Price was very reasonable for the repair work. Communication with the administrative personnel at the company was very good and we would definitely recommend this company!
The motor and capacitors went out on the air conditioner. They were the only ones available to come out on an unusual hot and humid day. He got the motor working instead of just charging us for a new one and had the new capacitors in less than an hour for a great price. Very nice and respectful. Knew what he was doing.
