We called Howard’s electric back in July for a estimate on our house. The man that came out was very respectful and said give me two weeks to make you estimate. In August they would answer the phone and say he’s not done yet he will give you a call Friday. Now it is October and they will not answer the phone or return messages. I am very disappointed, all I heard was great thing from this company.
I called over a week ago. The technician apparently misunderstood and didn’t call me back (I was out of town but wanted to make arrangements for my husband to meet them at the house. I’ve left voice messages and messages Facebook messenger and I was promised a phone call yesterday which never came. There were referred to me, so I was very disappointed. I’ve had to call someone else.
Very knowledgeable and efficient electrician. Will definitely use this company again. Rocky was great!
