This was really the worse experience I had with this doctor appointment. I found Dr. Wilson on my Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO - Anthem website as an in-network doctor and called her office in HU Healthcare (Howard University Hospital) to get an appointment. I passed all my insurance info to the receptionist and confirmed with her that they accept my insurance and she said YES. Today I drove 1:45 min from Maryland all the way to DC and once they got my insurance card the receptionist said SORRY we are not accepting Anthem BCBS... read more
