Here waiting to be checked in the Emergency room. Crazy part there is no patients or staff in the lobby. 2 triage nurses are sitting off in a room socializing. I finally talk to someone to be seen just to be sent to labor and delivery. I don’t feel good and customer care should be prior at a hospital!
ER/Hospital experience, from the ghetto fights with staff (waiting patients attacked them) in the waiting room to the "care" when being admitted. There were some friendly people/staff however when it came time for treatments such as pain, it had taken hours for any responce, Tylenol I can buy at the corner store. I haven't been in a Hospital in over 15yrs, no history w/alcohol/drug abuse but at first was made to feel as if I was on a no fly list when I asked for relief, it even took hours after request to receive. No le doy calificación porque a mí esposa la trataron súper mal por el simple hecho de que ella no puede hablar inglés una mujer morena le gritaba muy fuerte y ella quiso usar traductor y ella la empujó y le empujó el celular no se porque tienen a ese tipo de gente trabajando ahí con ese carácter tan feo eya tiene su seguro medico no andaba de gratis ahí no la vuelvo a llevar a este lugar que mal trato le dieron a mi esposa
