Crista on the appointment line, Asia at the desk, Dr. Campbell, and Dr. Heath (& the lady that works in billing) were professional, patient, and helpful. Also received 2 call backs (office staff & Dr. Campbell), after leaving a message with the appointment line, from the office directly. Downside was the 1 hour and 15 minute wait but good medical care is difficult to find so...bring patience, something to read, and maybe a snack. Also, parking is reasonably priced in the hospital lot if there's availability.

The only person that I can say will help you in person when I go to the front desk in Miss Barbara if she's there it took me 2 months to get that specialist to do prior AUTHORIZATION NOW I NEED ANOTHER FOR THE SAME MEDICATION
Even a one-star rating is too high. Given recurring treatments, I visit the office monthly. It is quite difficult to get the front desk to ever answer the phone. I've showed up to find the office randomly closed with a paper note taped to the front door to visit another location in DC. On several occasions I was informed there was "no copay charge" yet have been sent to collections multiple times for unpaid copays (mind you, no bills were ever sent to my address).
