The only person that I can say will help you in person when I go to the front desk in Miss Barbara if she's there it took me 2 months to get that specialist to do prior AUTHORIZATION NOW I NEED ANOTHER FOR THE SAME MEDICATION
Even a one-star rating is too high. Given recurring treatments, I visit the office monthly. It is quite difficult to get the front desk to ever answer the phone. I've showed up to find the office randomly closed with a paper note taped to the front door to visit another location in DC. On several occasions I was informed there was "no copay charge" yet have been sent to collections multiple times for unpaid copays (mind you, no bills were ever sent to my address). Never answer the phone nor call back or have appts available until several months later!
My original appointment with Dr. Frey was today at 3:00. Got a call from one her staff (Ms. Dorothy) asking if I could come earlier. I said I could be there by 12:00, I live 1-1/2 away and also taking into account the weather. I get there at noon, the young lady at the front was rude and then she said I would have to wait because they take lunch 12-1 and she will get Ms. Dorothy. Everytime I come for my appt. Im always seen an hour later than my appt. People who came after me are being seen before me and I don’t understand that. Is frustrating because I’m coming off a night shift shift. What makes you think that I wanna wait this long?
