Butchers take meat and cut it to customers liking. this place has no butcher that actually cuts the meat its pre-packaged.
Business response:
Normally we do have to sell what’s in the counter first especially with more expensive cuts. So we would’ve had to sell the smallest package of flank which they’re usually around a pound and then slice it on the slicer thin to your liking. The sirloin and bottom round shouldn’t have been an issue as we can slice those right off the roasts.

One of a kind customer service!!! Our relationship with Howard and Sons was off to a very bad start. Our problem is one that in the hunting community, can not be replaced! But, the personal commitment, phone calls and constant updates by Ken, shows how much Howard and Sons family cares about their customers! They have gone above and beyond what any normal business would do, to satisfy the customer. The owners here CARE! We will be returning to them for future processing!!!!
Didnt start out as a great experience for my first time going here. But they went out of their way and the owner personally called me to square things away. That shows me a great customer relationship and that they do actually care. Thanks for reaching out. The meat looked great and packaged nicely.

Love this place! High quality meat and the soda is only $1 per bottle. Shop there almost every Sunday for our Sunday meal.
