RecommendedDr. Routman cares about his patients. He patiently and thoroughly explains the procedure and allows you to ask several questions. Made sure I was comfortable about what to expect for my upcoming surgery. Most doctors rush you but NOT Dr. Routman. He wants you to feel you are making the right decision. I also love his assistant, Leslie, she is truly an angel. I feel confident and thankful to have them as my healthcare provider. God always gives us what we need. Dr. Routman is the BEST!! My shoulder had three old, but aggravated tears. I was “warned” by others about a long recovery and persistent pain, but they were WRONG! So happy that I had my tears repaired. I recovered rapidly and completely. I am ten months out from surgery, and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Routman is a true artist! Thank you, Dr. Routman.

I had a good experience at atlantis orthopaedics yesterday. The staff is so friendly and dr. Routman was very nice and really took the time to explain to me my options. I am looking forward to having him fix my shoulder so I can go on with my life!!
