Doctor Silverboard was absolutely wonderful! He diagnosed my problem and had wonderful suggestions for other things!
I had a CT scan last Thursday, and was told that the doctor would call me no later than Monday with the results. By late Monday I hadn't heard anything so, being concerned about my possible issue, I called the office and was told I had to make an office appointment to get the results! Why? I guess so they can charge my insurance company hundreds of dollars for an office visit - why can't the doctor make the effort to make a 2 minute phone call, and save me the hour or more it would take to drive there and back, then sit in t... read more
This doctor violated his own Hippocratic oath on Tuesday July 9th 2024, at approximately 9:15 am when he belligerently refused to treat my disabled wife's asthma, for merely providing her relevant medical background. Upon receiving information that he admitted was beyond his medical expertise, he became flustered and short tempered, telling us to "stop talking" and then asked a question we had just answered.
