I had a tumor on my optic nerve and had lost the vision in my left eye. The surgery was very complicated, but was a total success, my vision was 100% restored. I would recommend Dr. Chandler and his team to anyone needing neurosurgery.
Dr. Chandler removed 100% of an astrocytoma from my daughter’s right frontal lobe five years ago in 2015. His skillful surgery was followed up by radiation and chemotherapy with her oncologist at Piedmont. Today, after many MRI’s, the tumor area is calm and stable, showing no indication of the presence of cancer cells. We will be forever grateful to Dr. Chandler for his surgical expertise and caring manner.
Dr. Chandler removed a Rathke's Cleft cyst for me in Jacksonville in 2012. He was amazing! Made me feel very comfortable and talked me through every step. He personally called to check on me and even told me I could see him in Atlanta if I ever needed to once he left. Highly recommended!!
I suffered a major seizure, with no warning. While being checked at Piedmont Henry County, a tumor was discovered in the left portion of my brain. The ER Dr recommended Drs Chandler and Dunbar. I was impressed during my research. A consultation appointment and functional MRI was immediately scheduled. Everyone was thorough and professional but spent whatever time I needed for me to understand what was to happen. Brain surgery and Gamma Knife radiation was scheduled. Dr Chandler was incredible.
Dr. Chandler operate on me twice at an interval of 8 years. Both operations resulted in immediate relief of excruciating pain in my lower back and legs. It has been eight years since my last operation and - at the age of eighty-eight - the pain has not returned. I love the guy!
