Very disheartening to have a process server show up and be sued over $1000 bill during a pandemic! Last payment was March 2020 ! Guess what the pandemic hit and everyone was told to have a months supply of food on hand and a months supply of medication I didn’t pay in April or May true as I don’t receive bills which I’ve discussed with your billing office multiple times ! Had an unexpected overnight visit to Howard Memorial September 2019. I was told to check in with my doctor in Austin when I returned home. My doctor and the ENT I saw were extremely impressed with the treatment I had received. Thank you Howard Memorial!
if I get bad I want to be taken to this hospital be cause I will be less than one hour away from my home
Your hospital is trying to collect from a debt that I dont owe. Medicare said this hospital knows better than to bill.me for an unapproved test. Now they have turned me over to a debt collector. I will never use this hospital again. My dr is in Nashville.
I was informed family can not go with patient's in the ER all of a sudden now. Just me and my husband and I have to stay in the waiting room she said so i won't be in the nurse's way this is new to me.
Staff was very attentive.
