Very bad customer service
Executive Vice President Diane Swartz Scott is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone based how I was treated by her on the phone. She was hostile, arrogant, and dismissive of a routine business request. She even said that she did not care if the matter was handled as she was going on vacation and no one could cover for her in her absence.
