I had to have emergency surgery, and he couldn't possibly had made it a worse experience for me. He was incredibly rude to both me AND the nurses. He was an hour late getting me started. When I expressed my fears about anestesia (family history) he mocked me. He said, "Don't worry, we won't give you any seizures." I was horrified. I wanted to leave.
