Dr. Pranikoff and his staff are very professional and caring. Originally referred for a retreatment of a root canal and was able to keep my tooth for another 7 yrs. Felt like they truely cared about my well being.

Dr. Pranikoff does great work; however, he doesn't accept the contracted insurance fee even though he has a contract with the insurance company. He makes the patient pay the difference, which is prohibited by BCBS. His staff says they don't have to accept the contracted insurance amount because they are a specialty practice. They insisted I pay up front and try to get reimbursed by BCBS on my own. Of course, BCBS paid me only the contracted amount so I am out the difference.

I would rate Dr. Pranikoff as five star. A very professional and gentle doctor to have for what could be a very unpleasant procedure in the wrong hands.

In the 1980's, I first saw Dr. Howard Pranikoff for a root canal. Since then, I have had four more. In every case, they were pain-free professionally done procedures with absolutely no problems. Recently, Dr. Pranikoff saved two of my seriously broken teeth by developing unique new procedures. I am grateful for his ability to work outside the box when necessary. If it wasn't for his ability over the last 25 years, I would certainly have fewer teeth.

I really wish next time you would be very nice to your helpers.You're an awsome man,with great skills but you seem to have an problem with time management.Personally I have had to spend alot of waiting time and over heard other patients saying the same thing. You seem to be under a lot of stress and are often rude to your staff even though the seem like the greatest bunch of gals I have ever encountered in a doctors office.I can thank the staff for a great experience.!!!

Dr.Pranikoff has always been very kind and professional on every visit my husband or myself has had with him for root canals.My husband started having horrible pain after 11 o'clock at night and I called our MD and he wasn't on call and had to speak with another MD on service and he would not help us. I called Dr. Pranikoff at 11:30 that night and he called right back, he called in an antibiotic and pain medication, this was a Saturday night and saw my husband first thing Monday morning for a very needed root canal. This was the worst experience of my life. I went to see this doctor for a root canal. He was rude to his staff and to me. After 3 hours, he still was not done with my root canal. He had to deal with other patients (which is okay), but most of the time he was dealt with business matters. My next appointment to have the root canal finished is over 2 months away.

I love Dr. Pranikoff. He's redone 4 of my root canals that another doctor did poorly. He was always nice to me, greeted me like a friend and always does wonderful work. I always recommend him.

Several years ago when I went to him for a procedure he did seem very knowledgeable and was very kind to me. However he yelled several times at his assistants for what seemed like very minor things and this made my experience very stressful.
