very disrespectful, racist, and rude front desk hispanic lady who works am shift here had a very bad way of speaking with guests. This lady ruined my stay by falsely stating that I removed buttons from a phone in room 🤥 Who does that? worst lie ever. Before I was told by another young Hispanic lady that I had been placed on a DNR list, she said a staff member said I was disrespectful so I was banned. The location of this ‘lodge’ is very good and that is all. The Windham Ramada website boasts of the many amenities it offers; local shuttle, gift shop, business center, restaurant, lounge. None of them exist. I should have realized something was amiss when their main telephone number wasn’t being answered. STAY AWAY, is the best advice I can offer.Â
 RecommendedMade the reservation to get in and settled before the snowstorm took us into night. Good, well-equipped room. Clean and reasonable fresh. The air didn’t smell bad, but a clean ashtray on one of the tables told me it may have been a smoking room at some point. Bathtub drained ultra-slow... ....slept well. Everything else is fine. Two story place with interior stairs but no elevator - take note boomers! :)Â

the web site isn't updated. i booked here for the pool/Jacuzzi no mention it's under construction. Also no breakfast avlb, another reason i booked here.Â
Came in and immediately found this without even looking hard. The front desk staff was uninterested and claimed bed bugs had never been an issue. The mattresses were brand new and box springs in plastic indicating that they seemed to know but didn’t properly take care of the issue. Will not be returning.Â
