Above and beyond in every way! I started the purchas process online due to living in Minnesota for a property on Block Island. Mark Johnson contacted me buy phone and helped me avoid making big mistake of buying a tractor not really suited for the property. He guided me to a 590 two wheel steer with power steering. Under staffed and slow. A year round business that can't handle the busy time of the year. 4 to 5 weeks wait on service of a tractor purchase from this place. However if you need a part right away most of the time they have it in stock or can get it pretty quick.

Had an amazing experience purchasing a rotary mower for my tractor. The whole Howard Johnson team was super helpful and made sure every was set up just right for my tractor.
