The whole family had a BLAST! loved the wild west themed room :)
The pool and hot tub were great! The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was ok. But The rooms were very outdated and smelled of old, stale smoke. There was a gap in the door and it wouldn’t shut all the way. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. We had trouble getting into our room with the key. Had to keep going to the front desk to get the key reactivated. It wasn’t a horrible experience but I will never stay there again!
We stayed last evening (3/25/18) and we had booked the pirate room on Saturday and then I started reading some of the reviews and I admit I was a little worried about it. But I have to say my husband, myself and our kids were very pleased with our whole experience there. Everything was clean, the room was a big hit for the kids and the jacuzzi tub too. Thought about coming here for the first time, but after reading reviews..... AND THE TRASHY pictures that are posted I think I will have better lucky going to a motel 8.... Wow.... That's really sad..
It was a great escape from the stress of life. Loved it!
The treehouse room was dirty. The bathroom sink had toothpaste splatters everywhere. The faucets were leaking and floors were filthy. The pool waa way overcrowded. Too much money spent on a night of sleepiness waiting on a bug or roach to crawl up. Never again. Big, huge disappointment.
I will not be staying in this hotel again paided for a room that coast 191 dollars and there was stains all over the room this experience was not a good experience and i have been going there for years wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Out reageous and when i sent pictures to the manager he aid it was metal stains on the walls
