Manager was very hostile ,rude,heartless towards my family and I. To be having a difficult time in life and having to deal with this..is crazy. She said she don't care, when I told her I felt she was being racist towards me. Threatening to kick my family n I out, because of a rule that was not written down. Telling me she has black grand kids so she can't be racist SMH. Like that gives her a pass. Proceeded to call me on the hotel phone and threatening me even more.
I was quite disappointed, surprised that this property being a 2 story hotel, has no elevator! I drove 16 hours straight, to Wichita from Phoenix. Upon check in, I asked if the had 'bell cart', to bring my things in. I was advised that yes they do but my room was on the 2nd floor and they had no elevator. If I weren't in a big hurry to meet family for dinner, I would have gone elsewhere. The room, inside and outside of the property was very clean, but the sheets had old stains on them and were too much of a synthetic make up... read more
Rooms are okay. Carpet alittle raggedy Shower head needs changed
