We didn't get room service I had to ask for towels for our room and the pool , the pool was very nice we spent most of our time at the pool when we was at the hotel for the price I thought the rooms would be at least up dated beds straight suck , roll to the middle of the bed
Room are adequate but needs major update. Shower doesn't spray much water. We were there 5 days and asked multiple times for fresh towels, but never got them until we took them off their cart. With all the hotels in TC, we won't go back
We tried to check in for the night. 2 night minimum. Maybe next time. The clerk at the desk was very professional.
