Las instalaciones sucias, llenas de humedad, los pasillos huelen mal y de desayuno solo tienen Waffles! Muy malo el servicio al cliente tambien.
Fatal alternativa . Te ofrecen desayuno y lo único que dan es café y pancakes NADA MÁS . Atención al cliente deficiente no lo recomiendo para nada .
We been coming here for 5 years the best and most comfortable rooms and service until our last visit on the 6th of July... the new manager thinks she's GOD don't ask her any questions very stupid person to have ato deal with in the. She doesn't not belong behind the front desk for sure. We got a room lat minute and got there almost at midnight . The attendant was super nice and very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. In the morning we had breakfast . The morning person was super sweet and very helpful. Over all we had a great experience. I accidentally booked two different days so I guess I’ll be back next week. I’m looking forward to it . They were very helpful in guiding me on how to cancel the room I booked but I’ll just be back .
