Incredibly rude lady working at the front desk who doesn't know anything about de-escalation who chooses to yell at you when questioning about your recent stay. Then belittles you while she gets angrier and angrier and tells you that "you're not special, you're just like every other person that checks in." This lady who works at the front desk does not give her name and will hang up on you when you ask her for it. Very disappointing experience. I clearly told staff not to enter my room or touch my belongings unless I was present. They ignored that, entered Room 214, moved all of my belongings without my consent, and relocated me to Room 120 without giving me the call or notice I specifically requested. My clothing, electronics, and sensitive personal and spiritual items were handled after I had clearly said not to touch them. Thank You so much from B & K! We had a great stay at the worst time...the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. We felt at home when we were not, if ya know what I mean; we were dealing with a family crisis so it was a "home away from home." The breakfast was just what we needed every morning. The nights are quiet, we slept well. Much appreciated.

Une seule nuit réservée avec Booking avec satisfaction. Nuit du 22 au 23 juin 2025 dans la chambre # 201. Nous avons payé $112.55 plus taxes pour un total de $133.49, ce qui était raisonnable vu la date et pour Thunder Bay. Notre chambre était très bien. Il me semble que le petit déjeuner n'était pas inclus et il y avait du café offert dans la salle à manger. C'est à vous de vérifier. Nous pouvions laver du linge.
