Very clean but very limited choice in breakfast. No hot breakfast at all.
Booked online by an agent that overcharged us and put us in a non pet friendly room when we booked pet friendly. When we got to site the young lady harshdeep at the front desk helped us get everything sorted out and got us a room . By the time we got the agents mistake figured out it was after midnight and 130 dollars cheaper. The room was clean, staff are amazing, I recommend staying here but call the front desk directly, booking online was horrendous.
Location is perfect, rooms are new and renovated, staff is friendly and everything is cleaned and well maintained. Grounds are landscaped very nice as well. Cons, No coffee maker in the room, breakfast is very basic no eggs or meat, sound proofing isn't very good can hear people talking, walking and water running at all hours. Great place to stay for a night if your passing through.
If there’s a less 1 star review, I would rate this hotel as that. I booked weeks ago for a pet-friendly room for an overnight stay on July 12, 2025. When I came in, I was told that the room I booked was not pet-friendly, and that all pet-friendly rooms were sold weeks ago. I told the night staff that when I booked, I filtered it with pets allowed and free breakfast. And the hotel itself advertises that pets are allowed. We checked in late (after 4am) room was clean but very small and damp. Prior to arrival I called and asked for a late checkout (12am) so we could sleep because we were at the hospital all night which he agreed to and confirmed upon check in. However, at 10:40am they were already calling our room, then by 10:49 the front desk was banging (not knocking) at the door and before I could even get up to answer it he was already trying to enter my room and It wasnt even 11am!
