Everything was clean, breakfast was good, was a quiet stay. I can recommend it
Staff at deck came to help, then after taking a bagel, and another fell over, she immediately grabbed the bagel that fell over stating, " ah, she had these so nicely placed in here", took the bagels and fixed them again. Bad communication issue. We had a king bed room, Room was very small but clean with comfy bed. No elevator, carry everything up stairs!!
My parents recently stayed at this location Thursday, August 13th - Saturday, August 15th, 2026 and they found nasty bugs in their unit (please see photos attached). My parent’s English isn’t the best so they were unable to comprehend the manager’s email when they called via phone number. I tried calling on their behalf to resolve this and explain that they might not have understood on their original call but I was met with a rude concierge who mentioned with a condescending voice that she “spelt out the email slowly”. Dated hotel but clean. Priced a bit high for what you get.
