This HOWARD JOHNSON is located in Staunton,Va.. It is TOTALLY NASTY!!! I asked for 1st Floor. That is WHERE the HANDICAPPED ROOMS are LOCATED!!! Those ROOMS had NO HOT WATER, NO REFRIGERATOR and NO MICROWAVE!!! PLUS YOU COULD TELL THE ROOM HAD “NOT” BEEN CLEANED IN MONTHS!!!
My stay was horrid. From housekeeping letting people into rooms without confirming it was their room, to housekeeping also video recording girls and young children in the pool, the bottom of the showers obviously not even wiped, hair still on the pillows on the bottom ones and nail clippings on the rug still. The front desk was no help with any issues especially the being recorded one. Their breakfast was extremely lacking. If you like cheerios and a price of toast you would like it tho.
