I had an awful stay at this hotel. The receptionist had a very unpleasant attitude and didn’t explain anything upon my arrival, which made the check-in experience frustrating from the start. On top of that, there was constant noise coming from nearby rooms—loud banging and disturbances throughout my stay. I wasn’t able to rest at all. Shopping centre across the road. Traffic can be a problem.
Great location, room was fine, breakfast was sufficient, Louis behind the counter was a fantastic help and approachable. He always had a smile. I would suggest a clean up and new paint job on the outside hall where the key drop window is.
