If I could rate this 0 stars I would! The door creaked upon opening and it looked like we walked into a motel room that would be featured in a horror film. Several bugs scattered among the floor. There were several cracks in the laminate floor, wall, and door. The pillows were tiny throw pillows, the backboard of the bed looked like a little kid stabbed it with a pen several times. It would get no stars if I could. The room was to have a pull out couch in it. When we opened it up. The couch was so stained and disgusting. Should have been replace years ago. Dirt crumbs and food inside it. Someone’s only sock in it. Hadn’t even been cleaned in a LONG TIME. When we told the front desk they just started at us. Location was good, staff was friendly. Rooms are just bad. Roaches on the floor, smells like sewage in the room. No elevator on right side, only on left side. Parking is very steep soo be prepared. Not coming back, just gross.
