Overall the room is clean matress is soft if you want to nitpic my only real gripe is not being able to get coffee because it's closed until 10 am but then again you get what you pay for
The fact that this is a Wyndham representative is disgusting.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure that the room was clean and safe. Extra towels or blankets were just a call away. Hats off to the staff for making my trip to Oregon more enjoyable and relaxing.
Room smelled like smoke. Mirror was broken. Lied about having a pool when asked said there was an “incident”. Lied about having free breakfast. Over all feel likes false advertising wouldn’t recommend for anyone
I don’t even know where to begin. I stayed here with my boyfriend and this hotel was disgusting from the moment I walked in. The lobby reeked of a weird combination of mildew, cigarette smoke, and something I couldn’t even identify — maybe old takeout? That should have been my first red flag. When I got to my room, it somehow got worse. The carpet was sticky (yes, actually sticky), and there were visible stains that looked like they had been there since the early 2000s.
