I got two rooms and one of the rooms didn’t have air conditioner it was broke We had to pay a full day even though we checked in at around 5am Some man came to my room and said they shouldn’t have rented me the room but didn’t refund me or even give me a discount He said the best he could do is change me rooms It took them five to six hours to come check in the room
Absolutely disgusting
Room was not clean! Our feet were black from the floor, there was old food pkg behind the end table. So not like the photos. I get it was a cheap stay but I would think $70 per room would give me a clean basic nothing broken or dirty room!
