Do not stay at this hotel me and my family had booked this hotel for my daughter‘s birthday and the hotel charged our cards multiple times from the date we stayed till like a week and a half after we stayed they charge our cards multiple times and refuse to give refunds on the extra charges that they took out
If you're looking for a "nice" hotel. This ain't it. I am not a picky person at ALL! But this was nothing like pictured/advertised. Not a 3 star hotel even. Barely a 2 star. They cut every corner to be cheap that they could. Skimpy on soaps and shampoos even! Breakfast sib par. They even reused the room key holder! What?? I've stayed in $60 hotels that were nicer and more accommodating. See REAL pics attached.....
AVOID THIS HOTEL! I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and checked out early September for work. The toilets in the hotel were messed up, they were being replaced the day I checked out. Half the pool was closed, and they had no working elevators. Also during my stay, I added nights on that I paid for. Even after I paying, they attempted to charge my card MULTIPLE times which lead to my card being frozen. I will be contacting the BBB and Howard Johnson about this property. The condition is not suitable for opening. If the owner can not afford to open a hotel properly he needs to close it.
Gave us a urinated mattress and bedding. Refused to change the room or mattress. Said they would help my husband change the mattress but the staff left us waiting for an hour never showed up, because they had left for the night. Even though we informed them at 9am. My husband had to carry a less peed mattress upstairs because the elevator was broken.
