SAI Was A Great Host Anytime I Need Assistance Under 15 Min I Checked In He Came Right Away!! He Have phenomenal Customer Service!!! The Pool Was Great For My Kids & The Room Was Very Cozy For Us!
This place looks like it was condemned. Stay away from it. The place was not anything like the pictures on Priceline. Room was very old and they had to supply us with a space heater to stay warm. Believe there were bed bugs or something else in the bed. My wife was biien several times while we slept. Continental breakfast was a joke. Cereal and bagels. This place advertises itself as a 3-star hotel, but honestly it doesn’t even feel like a 1-star hotel. The rooms were very dirty, the whole building smelled bad, and the overall condition of the hotel was extremely poor. The photos online are nothing like the real situation. Everything looked old, poorly cleaned, and neglected. I felt uncomfortable staying here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management should seriously improve cleanliness and be honest about the condition of the property.
I had a terrible experience staying here. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable—there was hair and lint all over the bed, and the pillows were visibly dirty and stained. The shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and the towels smelled really bad, like they hadn’t been washed properly. On top of that, we weren’t not even provided with face towels.
