When we arrived, there was already trash in the can, which turned me off immediately. I went to shower and my towel had something reddish brown and crusty all over it, I was disgusted and asked for another towel and was asked, don't you have towels, so I had to explain why I needed another towel, and really, no explanation should have needed to be given, just give me a freaking towel. My room was clean but missing a microwave the staff were nice but offer no deals on longer stays and the outside decor is questionable also the pictures online are not matching the actual look
The health department should be shutting this place down, I was shown 2 rooms and both were disgusting, exposed wires, stains, it smelled,nothing worked, it was marijuana bits under the covers and dried blood stains on the sheet on one of the beds ,but the bed was supposed to have clean linen, it was so bad we asked for a refund. Absolutely horrible experience at this property! The room had broken glass, the fridge was filthy, the swimming pool was full of insects, and even the breakfast area had insects. I had my 2-year-old child with me, and it was completely unsafe and unlivable. We had to check out immediately and find another place to stay, costing us extra money and stress.
