My two night stay way wonderful! Comfiest bed I’ve slept in for a long time. Great pillows and sheets. Very clean room with a nice new bathtub. Very quiet and peaceful even though it’s in a busy area. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rates were unbeatable. Definitely would stay again.
My room had been renovated recently and had a modern bright look. Heated floors were nice. The room had a sink and mirror outside of bathroom which allowed two people to get ready. Short 15 min walk to Queens and Downtown. Value for price.
Recently remodeled the hotel was super comfortable and close to great restaurants nearby. I would give the room five stars, but the Wi-Fi was a bit wonky, but Wi-Fi is my only complaint. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I especially want to recognize the famously effervescent Pam, who made me feel like a long lost friend even though we just met. Pam was super knowledgeable of Kingston, with great suggestions of places to visit and restaurants to try while I was in town. Thanks!
Estuve alojada 2 noches el pasado julio, y aunque como dicen muchas reseñas es como un motel de carretera (que si vas con coche es ideal), la habitación es espaciosa y cómoda, tienes nevera, microondas, cafetera, tv y buen wifi. El baño es correcto. También entraba el desayuno: cafés, tés, infusiones, pastas i fruta. No tienes una mesa para tomarlo, pero puedes coger lo que quieras y comer en la habitación. La recepcionista muy amable y simpática.
