I stayed here 4 times for the last 2 months and I will never be back again and that’s because of Pam. I asked for a late check out and replied with a hard NO right off the bat even I used to get a late check out before and then went on accusing me for staying late night and lights in my room open. Are guests here not allowed to stay up late night? This is a horrible experience.

I recently stayed at your hotel and I was very disappointed with the experience. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, as it did not feel properly cleaned. In addition, the air conditioning unit made a very loud noise, which made it almost impossible to sleep in the room. The television provided was very small and did not meet the expectations of a modern hotel. The breakfast buffet was quite poor, offering very limited choices and low quality. I brought my daughter here for her 17th birthday weekend and we had the best time! It isn't a prime location on princess Street near to a ton of amenities, restaurants, and fun activities. The room was extremely clean and nicely designed, it's been updated since the last time I stayed here! Pam was great also!! She really helped us out in a pickle and I couldn't be more thankful for her and her amazing service!
