Shower was clogged, rooms keys always failing, staff come to the room at 830 am for check out…. When it’s at 11
They have a pool and hot tub as well as a Sunna.. Staff are helpful and patience is great
The bathroom door was busted, when I came to check in it took the attendant 15 minutes to appear. He then snuggled to find my reservation. All in all it was an easy enough check in just took him almost 30 min from the time I got there. The internet was spotty at best, trying yo watch a show was useless.
Bed was uneven so they switched me rooms. The new room had food from previous person in the fridge. Someone started a fire in the garbage cans outside the doors. Not the best area of town
I can't even say "you get what you pay for", because I reserved and prepaid for a suite with a pull out couch. What I got was key cards for a room that was already occupied, after waiting 30+ minutes (they needed to "clean" the room. Back to the front desk, given keys to a smaller room and offered a roll away (at no additional cost). Finally into our room, have to plug lights in and there's old food on the floor, behind the nightstand. Definitely not what was advertised
