They had great customer service. Rooms have old bedding with marks all over them. AC worked but seemed to be way off on the temp settings. Floor was nice and clean. Overall I would give them a C+
Had a reservation made 3 hours prior and when we showed up they canceled it before we got there. Said nothing on their website that you had to prepay but the lazy one behind the counter didn't want to help or put more insite on why.
They will cancel your reservation without letting you know.
