Knowledgeable. I saw other physicians, one a dermatologist, who couldn't diagnose my skin condition. Dr. Luber took one look and told me...disseminated superficial actinic photokeratosis, aka DSAP. I am a retired Family Nurse Practitioner and am decerning about my physicians. Dr. Luber is a good one.
