I bought a return grill. The piece was defective. They refused to replace it under warranty. The owner is very respectfully. Said she will not honor the warranty and hanged up the phone when addressed the issue. Louis Avila, manager of the store refused to honor the warranty. The part has a 3 year warranty from the factory. Please do your self a favor. Buy somewhere else. These people truly don't deserve your business. My business has bought thousands of dollars worth of equipment and parts in many years. All of the counter ... read more
