Purchased a brand new A/C system for my Arizona house. After about 1 month the unit stopped working. I called Howard Air and they sent out a technician the SAME day. Regardless of what made the unit shut off, they were there to remedy the problem. It's hard to find good customer serviced these days but Howard Air stepped up. Thank you!!!
Best service and they have everything you need there. Service they go above and beyond!
Tom is so helpful! Always there to answer my calls in a pinch! Can't say enough about this company. They have given us great care and equipment for years. Truly a pleasure to work with always!
David was so kind and knowledgeable. So quickly advised me that I need to do and best way how to do it great. Thank you.
