Our property manager Dawn has been absolutely worthless. They never return calls or emails and maintenance requests have gone unanswered. From what I understand, we're not the only ones who get ignored. Also the receptionist in their office is quite rude. (Perhaps due to frustration from so many upset tenants who can't get anything done)

rented a property from them a while back. horrible move out experience. they decided to show the house a few weeks before we moved out so we were all packing in between working. they proceeded to tell us the house was in horrible condition due to not getting around to final cleaning and that it was so cluttered it was embarrassing to show and that it violated our lease agreement. i'm pretty sure they entered illegally since we were still tenants and gave no notice whatsoever. proceeded to demand we use "their" cleaning agent... read more
