This agent is completely unprofessional and they do not honor their guarantees. They make promises, do not follow through on the agreement and should not be trusted. I will never use them. They have taken a lot of my money with false promises. Zero stars if I could. Do not recommend working with this broker.
Working with this realtor has been very disappointing. There were constant delays in communication and follow-ups — I had to send repeated reminders just to get basic updates. An invoice was never provided despite multiple requests, which made the process very frustrating and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the keys were handed over to tenants without consulting me, which is completely unacceptable. If you are from the North or elsewhere and are looking for a good real estate agent, look elsewhere! I foolishly signed a contract with one of their agents. After being completely ignored and almost fired, I canceled the contract, but unfortunately, they won't let me get out of the contract, so now I have to get a lawyer. Beware, they are greedy and unethical.
