Heather was great to work with. Heather was very informative and made the process so much easier on the financial end of the purchase of my new home. The whole process went quick and I was in my new home before the cold weather hit . I feel like not only did I get my new home but I have a new friend in Heather whom I know I can trust .
I paid our app fee for a rental. Waited 3 days with no response. Texted Tom to see what the update was, no response. Called, no response. Emailed, no response. Asked for my app fee back as we found another rental. No resolution. I will be contacting the BBB and complaint as well.
Heather's commincation is fantasic, my clients really appreciated that! great job!!
