Rocky River Howard Hanna's Charlie Zkiab is a bad realtor and a greedy person. I wish I had been more picky about the realtor I chose to sell my house and didn't give this guy the opportunity to grow his career with me. When he came to see the property before listing it, he ran through it and said nothing. I asked multiple times for advice on getting it ready, and all he gave me was suggesting renting a storage unit.
