The houses are nice, but the service is horrible. Get everything in writing and take pictures before you sign anything. Steve at the Hampton Blvd office in particular will say anything to get a body in a building. After that I have encountered lying and neglect, especially if you rent from them. Great building, horrible people to deal with in the office.
We are very happy with the service that we have gotten with a particular agent, Scott Snyder. He is quick to respond, very professional, and gets the job done. He keeps us informed on what is going on with our home purchase and answers any questions honestly. This is a good company with good people.
If we list your home, we will sell it.
