Avoid if you can! Bad maintenance on properties they manage. 1. Maintenance people don’t know what they are doing. They take a long time to fix things (multiple visits) and repairs are poorly done. The apartments themselves have a lot of examples of this, like floor tiles with huge gaps in between them, loosely installed shelving, sloppy painting, odd caulking around fixtures, and poorly repaired cracks in the walls. 2. one of the agents totally disregarded my application which caused me to miss out on a property. I initially applied for a property at the about mid-August and of course it took time for you all to get back with me. I finally heard something back last week on Tuesday at 1151am. Your representative then tells me that I had 24hrs to provide a deposit in order to hold the property. horrible company, absolutely zero communication skills, kept getting passed around to voicemails with no returning call. found out someone else got approved bc i had to haggle multiple people. pain in the ass and overpriced application fees. avoid this company if you can.
I’ve called 3 times to see an active listing rental home on REIN. The last call she said she would definitely have the on call agent call me back and schedule a viewing. Never happened again. What they don’t understand is I have a property I want to list so missed opportunity. They cost the owner months on income by no bothering to show.
If there were a way to give a negative rating, I would. In all my life, I have never dealt with such blatantly crooked and immoral a company as this. I have moved and rented many times over the years…and have never experienced anything like this. I have even contacted an attorney. I was a faithful and good tenant for several years…..even paying upfront for entire year rental 3 times. And this was no small amount for me.
