Definitely not a good property management, Discrimination as well! Steals peoples application fees and don't follow up or call you to say anything, I called for over a month, no way someone that busy they can't two seconds out of their day to even email.text or call!! As you can see the other bad reviews, don't put properties up for rent if you don't follow up!! My husband and I had such an amazing experience with Debbie and Hal Woolard. We bought and sold our first home with them and the process went so smooth!
I rented a house out with Howard Hanna for a year. When you email them or text sometimes you don't get a response or you don't even hear back from them at all. My house sat on the market from May of 2024 to August of 2024 without a renter. I lost close to $10,000 dollars on the property paying a mortgage with no one in the house. I went with another company and got the house rented in 4 days. I'd recommend listing your home with a different company that actually cares about you and answers emails, texts and calls. If there were a way to give a negative rating, I would. In all my life, I have never dealt with such blatantly crooked and immoral a company as this. I have moved and rented many times over the years…and have never experienced anything like this. I have even contacted an attorney. I was a faithful and good tenant for several years…..even paying upfront for entire year rental 3 times. And this was no small amount for me. My property manager is amazing. Harmony Garrett has done an outstanding job. She has always kept my wife and I informed on any changes to the rental property I own in Virginia Beach. My current tenants are also please with her responsiveness to their needs. We had an issue with the plumbing Harmony not only had a plumber at the house in under 3 hours on a Sunday she also followed up with the tenant after the fact to ensure that everything is in working order.
