They keep taking my reviews down because they don't want the public to really know what these people are about, Debbie and Amanda Mottel and everyone that works for them , even working on the other side, will not work for you they will work to get their friend the best deal on your house then charge you the highest percentage of commission, it's all about money and don't care about you, they will move you out of the way to get the best deal for the opposing party. I wouldn't come here if you paid me commission
Misrepresentation Debbie motel is something else horrible experience. I do not leave reviews like this but she sold my home giving me no advice asked her questions no responses. Horrible terrible. Having nightmares from this. I give a one - five MINUS star if I could
Charles Simmons, be careful of this agent, He is terrible, I thought Howard Hanna was a reputable place, not this location. Debbie Motel, they do not care and it's all about the money , sold my home in 2 days , they made 14,000 + off the sale of the my house, I had second thoughts and asked if I could back out of it since I did not sign the agreement , never answered me back, they put on the MLS sheet as is I had updated kitchen with granite countertops, updated bath , new carpeting, new roof 5 years ago, new universal windo... read more
