Worst experience ever! We booked an appointment with Deborah Poulton on Wednesday 5/20/2020 for 14 Lawn Ave, Albany NY for Thursday 10am 5/21/2020. We confirmed the appointment over phone. We went to the appointment 9:55am this morning, and waited there until 10:20am. No one showed up, no one called us. While we were waiting in front of the house, we made many calls to the office and DeBorah, no answers. Guys, never work with them, they are lazy, unprofessional people!
