Lisa was VERY helpful in keeping everyone involved in the sale of our house moving in the right direction. She ALWAYS knew exactly what had to be done to move the sale a long. She was in constant contact with us. When ever I text or e-mail Lisa she was always responding to our messages right away - within 15 minutes or so. We always felt like Lisa's only concern was selling our house and getting us into another house. I have to say if we ever buy a house again we would ONLY deal with Lisa Ostrander - no one else would do.

We worked with Lisa to purchase our first home throughout 2011. From the very first moment meeting her she was upfront, honest, and supportive. Lisa went above and beyond for my hubby and I. I will be the first to admit, I am not the easiest person to please and she was there for us at all times.. I would call or email with a listing, and in minutes, she would reply.. From taxes to repairs and upgrades, Lisa had all the info. If she sent us a listing, it was right on the money of what we were looking for.. I have recommended Lisa several times, when my mother is ready to sell, I hope she calls her...

Lisa is is very good real estate agent.She has all the patience in the world, even if you ask the same questions over and over.If you have a question call her and if she is busy she will get right back to you immediately.Lisa will talk you through everything and be right there with you from start to finish.

If I ever move again I will contact Lisa immediately. Words cannot describe how helpful, knowledgable and experienced she is in the realty field! We were selling two homes and purchasing one and without Lisa's know-how, we would've been completely lost. When we had delays in the underwriting process with the bank after we had already moved across country expecting to move into our new house, Lisa negotiated with the bank to allow us to stay in a hotel at the bank's expense until the closing could be completed. Since the process took several more weeks, her strong negotiating skills saved us at least $1000. She genuinely cares about her clients and listens to their concerns and needs without trying to influence their decision. She is the best in the Glens Falls area.
