God help you. Hours are incorrect, receptionist very rude, office manager lacking the ability to take accountability for anything in that office, no agent on floor. Over the weekend (during posted office hours) I even left a message. Today is Tuesday, message still not answered. When I mentioned that to the office manager her response was, I'll look into that. Imagine that call was a buyer for your house and you just lost that buyer because no one takes or returns phone calls.
The Lakewood Howard Hanna office is 2nd to none. I am a new agent as of this year, and Chris Merry is the best manager any agent could ask for, always willing to step in and help out no matter the time or place.
