In the summer of 2025 we contacted Debbie from Howard Hanna from the Rensselaer Plaza. She came to our house to do an appraisal with the possibility of listing the property. She came out with 35 year old data on our house that was incorrect from a Zillow listing. When I tried to advise her of the needed corrections it did not phase her. Some of the issues were the dated list said we had a 1 car Garage and our house clearly had a two car garage. Terrible company using signed contracts and deposits to leverage a bidding war for own gains. Do not use!!!!!
Kathleen was a lot of help and had a great apartment for rent!
